Conor McGregor and Floyd Mayweather have solidified their positions as two of the most prominent figures in the world of combat sports. However, their path to superstardom extends beyond their exceptional skill sets in their respective disciplines.
No, the men at the top of UFC and boxing are also known for their lavish lifestyles, extravagant clothing and love for spending.
But following the news the pair have reached a multi-million dollar deal to fight, who wins in the battle of the bling?

The cars
Just this month, 28-year-old McGregor showed off a new fleet of expensive motors, tagging the picture with the caption: “It used to take me 40 buses to get to the gym. Now I take 40 buses to the gym.”
McGregor also boasts a £280,000 custom made Rolls Royce Ghost, a bright orange McLaren 650s sports car – worth £198,000 and a Rolls Royce Dawn, one of the most luxurious Rolls Royce’s for sale, worth £275,000.

Mayweather is also a lover of flash cars – owning millions of dollars’ worth of them.
In a 2015 interview with ESPN, Mayweather revealed that he has $15million (£12million) worth of cars sitting in a garage that he never uses. And that’s not all of them. Josh Towbin of Towbin Motorcars told Martin Rogers of USA Today that Mayweather has purchased over 100 cars from his dealership in 18 years.
Apparently, that includes 16 Rolls-Royces. Mayweather himself also revealed a car collection to ESPN which included two Ferraris, three Bugattis, a Lamborghini and a McLaren.
The Bugattis alone would have cost around $2million (£1.6million) and Mayweather claims that one of his Ferraris cost $3.2million (£2.42million). He has also shown off his $4.8million (£3.87million) Koenigsegg CCXR Trevita supercar on Instagram – telling fans that “Koenigsegg is an ultra-boutique automobile manufacturer for the super-rich. Koenigsegg made only two Trevita’s for the world.” That’s some serious dosh.
The jewels
Both fighters have shown of some serious wrist bling over the years. McGregor has also been seen with a gold pocket watch and is quoted as saying: “These custom-made suits aren’t cheap. “This solid gold pocket watch, three people died making this watch. “I need to put people away. I need those big fights. I’m going to end up in debt pretty fast.”

Other watches he’s been spotted wearing include offerings from Audemars Piguet, Rolex, Franck Muller and Patek Philippe. Floyd Mayweather is also notoriously extravagant when it comes to his timepieces – he didn’t earn the nickname ‘Money’ for nothing. In 2015, he was reported to have splashed out $1.1million (just under £1million) on a diamond encrusted Hublot watch in Dubai – and it’s just one of many in his collection.
In fact, Mayweather is a fan of pretty much anything diamond encrusted – often posting pictures of his expensive jewels online. In the past he has also shared footage of his vast timepiece collection – reported worth at least £4.3million.
The homes
Of course, with all that money comes some pretty impressive accommodation. McGregor is known to own a £1.5million mansion in County Kildaire, Ireland, as well as a huge six-bedroom luxury home with panoramic views of Las Vegas.His Vegas residence boasts a 50-foot infinity pool and luxury 10-person spa overlooking the lights of the Vegas strip. He even named the renamed the home ‘Mac Mansion’. Mayweather has an array of glitzy pads too.

Conor McGregor’s girlfriend is his long-time love Dee Devline. Pretty Dee has stuck by his side through thick and thin and their relationship pre-dates McGregor’s riches and fame. The Dublin stunner has previously hailed her love “the true definition of a champion” – and their relationship appears to be one of the most solid in the sporting world. McGregor has previously said of Dee: “My girlfriend worked very hard throughout the years and stuck by me when I had essentially absolutely nothing. “For me to be able to take her out of work, give her everything she’s ever wanted and to travel the world with her fills me with pride. It keeps me going.” The pair are currently expecting their first child – a boy. On the other side of the ring, Mayweather is reported to have a slightly different approach when it comes to women.
Apparently, the champ’s philosophy is that a man should be allowed to have as many women as he can afford. Mayweather was previously engaged to Shantel Jackson, but the pair split in 2013. He has also has children by Josie Harris, who he pleaded guilty to assaulting in 2011. Jose was together with Mayweather when he was a teenager and the pair were reportedly high school sweethearts. Mayweather also has a child with another woman, called Melissa Brim. He has enjoyed the company of a string of women, with ex-girlfriends including Doralie Medina, Liza Hernandez and last year was rumoured to be dating UK teen Raemarni Ball.
